Box Office Charts: w/c 5 February 2010
In the UK: Avatar is still at #1, having now become the highest-grossing film in British cinemas ever, beating Mamma Mia! (with £72m so far)... Disney's return to "traditional" filmmaking with the "2D" PRINCESS & THE FROG debuts at #2 with a healthy £2.2m... Japanese CGI adaptation ASTRO BOY manages £1.09m to enter the chart at #3, rather surprisingly given the bad reviews... and Clint Eastwood's sports biopic INVICTUS is a relative disappointment given its high praise and marketing push, in at #4 with £1.06m... and Michael Cera's YOUTH IN REVOLT only manages £743 to debut at #7...
